Low temperature quantum transport in InAs nanoflakes. 

The low dimensionality which makes the InAs nanowire an attractive and interesting system for quantum transport experiments also prevents usual characterization techniques. The less know 2D variant, the nanoflake, does not share these restrictions but offer a lot of possibilities with the extra dimension, while sharing multiple properties with the nanowire. 

This study investigates such nanoflakes by the use of a Hall geometry. Multiple quantum phenomena are observed: Shubnikov-de-Haas oscillations, quantum Hall effect, confinement effects, and universal conductance fluctuations. Surprisingly no weak anti-localization is seen.
